A large number of Slovak buyers purchase real estate in Croatia every year, motivated by both lifestyle benefits and long-term investment potential.

Although identifying an attractive property is often the easy part, the legal side of the transaction can be far more demanding—particularly for foreign buyers who are not familiar with Croatian legislation, administrative procedures, or the language.
